Well last weekend was Good Friday, and also Easter Monday...and whilst it is great to get some chocolate eggs...for once on Easter I was able to really get my head around what easter is really about. on the Thursday night I watched the Passion of the Christ for the second time with my home group, and for the second time I was deeply touched by the message of the movie. It really hit home, that Christ died for me and how often my life doesnt reflect what he has done in my life. I know that not all who read this will understand what I am getting at, but his death for me, has moved my life and changed my life so deeply. If you get a chance to look at the word of God you will see such plan and purpose in this significant moment in history. How his death and ressurection impacted those around him from the closest of men the disciples (who all saw something in him so powerful and loving to give there own lives)to those who despised his words and actions (were moved to see there own lives impacted) not is this story of the past but we are able to see this same life impacting so many people today. This story of Christ blows my mind, and begs of me to answer how will my life be changed...
