What word...

Ok peeps...

just thought i would throw out a question to you all... the question is what word...just makes you cringe, or your blood boil everytime you hear it... for me it is the word "MOIST"...not really sure why it is but all I know is that it is a hideous word in the english language.

what word is it for you? let me know

    Look it up. My life was forever improved when that word was introduced to it.

    ahh, actually, it's sphygmomAnometer :P

    i don't really know what the big deal is with moist - nothing like a nice moist cake. there's not really another way to describe it; "what a lovely wet cake you've made"

    ew. Wet cake is *so* much worse. One could even call it feral. Or rancid. Or fetid. Those are my worst words ever.
